Tensioner roller / tensioner pulley available in

  • steel (REF RU)
  • stainless steel (Ref Xru)
  • Polyamide steel (ref re)
  • Polyamide stainless steel (Ref XRE)

Available on request made of aluminum.

The tensioning rollers "Re" and "XRE" have an operating temperature <= 70 ° C.

The "ru" and "xru" tensioner rollers have a operating temperature <= 100 ° C. The "ru" steel pulleys are used on transmissions to high torque.

All these tensioning rollers are mounted on NTN-SNR lifetime watertight ball bearings.

We can make special pebbles with different diameters and lengths of our standard range.

The stainless steel and polyamide tension rollers are mounted on lifetime-lifetime stainless steel bearings (FM222 grease, for food industries, depending on the USDA standard). The axes, nuts and spacers are 304L stainless steel.
