DELIVERY

Currently, orders placed on this website can only be delivered within France. We also deliver internationally upon request: contact our sales team.

Dispatch times may vary depending on product availability:

○ “In stock” (green indicator): dispatched the same day for orders placed before 3 p.m.

○ “Weekly stock” (orange indicator): dispatched within 1 week.

○ “Available from our distribution platform” (blue indicator): dispatched within 2–3 weeks, depending on the product type.

Delivery costs are payable exclusively by the Customer and vary depending on the delivery method selected and the total parcel weight. Collection from our warehouse in Le Pradet (83220) is free of charge.

We use UPS for parcels weighing up to 30 kg. Rates are based solely on parcel weight. Express delivery is available for an additional charge, with delivery before noon or before 6 p.m. the following day.

For larger orders, we use DB SCHENKER. Rates for parcels weighing over 30 kg depend on both the weight AND the destination postcode.

Please note that surcharges apply to long parcels:

○ Between 1.50 m and 2.70 m: a standard surcharge applies.

○ For parcels longer than 2.70 m: shipping costs are significantly higher.

Delivery to parcel shops or collection points is not available.
