Description

The base of the "TE" tensioner devices are made of steel powder except sizes 6-7-8 made of cast iron. TEI tensioner devices (in STAINLESS STEEL) are used for applications in the agri-food, pharmaceutical industry, etc.

For TE : the coating is a grey paint cooked in the oven. The adjustment of the pressure of the tensioner is made by the torsion of the base, the fastening of which is made by the “M” screw which should be tightened according to the clamping torque (see mounting instructions).

For IRTs : the body is in stainless steel Type XSC N 18-10 and the arm is in stainless steel 304L. They have the same technical characteristics as the steel tensioner devices. They are totally anti-corrosion. It is necessary to put the sprocket components, pulleys and chain rider in stainless steel.

Operating temperature -42°c to + 80°c.
