Description

Triangular applique bearing with posterior joint but without hood. The covers can be ordered separately here.

Bearings with full flanges: Flange made with full surface to guarantee impeccable hygiene.

Available in standard bearing or long Life bearings (lubrication until the end of the service life).

Materials

Polyamide bearing RAL 5005 blue color reinforced with glass fibers; chrome steel bearing or stainless steel; nickel-plated brass greaser; Fastening hole reinforcement loops and AISI 304 stainless steel washers; NBR rubber seals; Polypropylene cover Gray Color RAL 7042, Blue RAL 5015, Orange RAL 2004, Red RAL 3000.

Features

The protective cover can be controlled separately as an accessory. The room is molded without an internal cavity of relief so as to ensure maximum disinfection. Mounting with shoulder trees. Maximum alignment error of the 2,5 ° shaft.

Versions with reinforced polypropylene flanges and antibacterial protection; black polyamide support reinforced with glass fibers; protective hoods in different colors and with custom brand; Packaging: out of standard; Viton seal; Can be supplied without NBR rubber rear seal.

Details of the plan

1) Polyamide bridle blue RAL 5005 reinforced with glass fibers.

2) Posterior seal with waterproof rubber NBR for rotating trees.

3) Chrome or Stainless Steel Steel Bearing AISI 440.

3B) Chrome steel bearing.

4) Stainless steel mounting hole reinforcement loops AISI 304.

5) UNI 6592 support washer AISI 304 stainless steel.

6) Straight lubricator with 1/8 threaded nickel-plated brass (absent in long Life rolling versions).

NB: The protective cover can be ordered separately as an accessory; In the Long Life version, the greaser is absent and the lubrication channel is protected by a rubber cap.

The dimensions of the bearing are in accordance with ISO 3228.

Maximum alignment error of the 2,5 ° shaft.
