Available in 4 versions.
- ETRU version = Zinged Steel Chapp + Zinged Steel Galet.
- ETRE version = Zinged Steel Chapp + Polyamide Galet.
- ETXRU version = Stainless steel Head + Stainless steel Galet + Stainless steel Bearing.
- ETXRE version = Stainless steel Chapp + Polyamide Galet + Stainless steel Bearing.
The tensioners are supplied in high tension (H) and the head according to mounting number 1 (see image).
The stainless steel and polyamide tensioning rollers (ref. ETXRU and ETXRE) are mounted on lifetime greased stainless steel bearings (FM222 for the food industry, according to USDA standard). The axes, nuts and spacers are made of 304L stainless steel.
Race: 40 mm.
High tension : 1 spring from 100 to 240 N.
Tenders also exist in low tension (L) (1 spring from 60 to 140 N).
