The bearing cache integrated with the support body guarantees maximum hygiene

Materials

Black or white polypropylene bearing reinforced with glass fibers; intermediate spacer of the black polyamide rolling ring with glass fibers; Chrome steel bearing; nickel-plated brass greaser; Stainless steel fixing hole reinforcement loops AISI 304; Rubber joints NBR.

Features

Posterior joint adapted to the trees with shoulder. The use of shoulder trees ensures greater axial load capacity. Maximum alignment error of the shaft 2 °.

Versions with reinforced polypropylene flanges and antibacterial protection; out of standard; Seal in Viton.

Details of the plan

1) External body of the black or white polyamide support reinforced with glass fibers.

2) Intermediate spacer of the black polyamide rolling ring with glass fibers.

3) Posterior seal with NBR waterproof rubber holder for rotary trees.

4) Type 1200 chromium steel bearing supplied without lubricant.

5) Stainless steel fixing hole reinforcement loops AISI 304.

6) UNI 6592 support washer AISI 304 stainless steel.

7) Anterior seal with waterproof rubber NBR for rotating trees.

8) Right lubricator with 1/8 threaded nickel-plated brass.

The dimensions of the bearing are in accordance with ISO 3228.

Maximum alignment error of the shaft 2 °
