Description

The DH-type rod head is the elastic head piece of the thrust rod. A ball or roller bearing can be used on the eccentric drive side.

On the chute, the rod head allows to obtain a transmission of the drive forces without maintenance, despite the movement in a reduced angular range.

The elastic head of the thrust rod reduces the high peaks of force which, in the case of a rigid component, cause increased wear, while keeping the drive components and structure clean.

The DH oscillating drive heads are flexible joints which transmit the acceleration forces.
