Type S chain tensioner with sprocket cap

Description

Available in 2 versions.

  • ETRXI version = Inox Chappe + Inox Disc + Inox Bearing.
  • Version ETRX = Steel Cap + Steel Disc.

The tensioners are supplied in high voltage (H) and the head according to mounting number 1 (see image).

The INOX tending pinions (ref. ETRXI) are mounted on lifetime greased stainless steel bearings (FM222 grease, for the food industry, according to USDA standard). Caps, axes and nuts are made of 304L stainless steel.

Race: 40 mm.

High voltage: 1 spring from 100 to 240 N.

Tenders also exist in low voltage (L) (1 spring from 60 to 140 N).
